1. Real Estate - lend money to develop or buy, but be sure that the money coming in from it is more than what you pay for the finance.
2. Own a Company - you can start one or buy one...that's it!
3. Stock Market - this includes the money market and all of the financial "products" available these days.
4. Investment - put money into something that gives you shitloads back.
5. Save - but do one of the above with the savings or you are just an idiot!
6. Crime - these dickheads either end up getting killed or caught...absolutely the worse option of all!

Don't go for any quick fixes or shortcuts. Don't rely on any other moron to tell you how. Learn what you need to know and rest pay the best professionals to take care of...that's it, that's how to get rich!

Sooooooooooo...whay aren't we all doin' it now. I'll tell you why, because we a all freakin' lazy and love wasting our time on shit like sports, getting drunk, religion and My Space  - tee hee!

So, if you want to get rich there is nothin' stopping you but yourself. When you are old and have to eat dog food because you are too poor to buy a Big Mac...don't say I didn't tell you so!

Are all workplaces the same? In a specific sense - no, of course they aren't. In a general sense - maybe.

The problem with being an employee is that we have to bend ourselves to fit our company's mould. The biggest issue, however, is that no company is perfect!

Take my latest job for instance. Am I happier than I was at my last job - yes. Are there problems with the company that are driving me nuts - yes!

I am working better hours now - just 40 hours per week. My base salary is 1/3 more, but...

• Its difficult for me to hit my commission targets.
• There are major systemic problems that make my work more difficult than it needs to be.
• I am not getting all of the work tools I need to make succeeding at my job easy.

I sense that my company's owner is happy to fix the above mentioned issues - its just that it will take time.

Time...

I am 38 years old this year. I promised myself that I'd be working in senior management by the time I hit 40. I will give my company 6 more months to get their shit together and then move on to a junior management position at the very least.

I am running out of time. I need to be hitting the big $$ very soon, or I am going to be living a poor existence in my retirement.

At my age, and in the pumping economic environment of my homeland...I don't have to settle for 2nd best.

A very successful man once said to me, "Don't sell yourself short, Scotty...NEVER sell yourself short."

I guess he was telling me to never settle for 2nd best in life.

He also told me that he knows people from the PM of Australia to the CEO's of some of the biggest companies in the world and that I am as good as them. He DID stress that I am NOT better than them, but that I am AS good as them.

I will just have to wait to see what tomorrow brings...but I wont be waiting too long!

• In October 2001 Howard won the election by appealing to the nation's residual racist tendencies. A group of refugees were rescued by a Danish cargo ship after their boat sank off the coast of Australia. • In 2003 Howard made Australia part of the "coalition of the willing" and was one of 3 countries that initially invaded iraq for its oil. In fact, Australian SAS soldiers were actually the first foreign soldiers to invade Iraq and were conducting covert sabotage operations weeks before the first US or British boot hit Iraqi soil. This was is all about the US consolidating its grip on the middle-eastern oil reserves. For this reason it is an illegal war and every international leader involved in it is guilty of war crimes.
• In 2004 Howard changed the workplace laws to allow companies to take away their worker's benefits. Minimum standards for the lowliest of Australian workers were gone and 100 years of hard work by the unions was in vain. Rich Australians got richer and poor got poorer. This will change now that the Labor Party in in power.

All in all, Howard was responsible for many actions that made my country look like a bunch of racist, immature fools! He embarressed my country in the international opinions and he hurt average Australians...the working families.

His way of thinking was straight out of the 1950s and while the Australian economy has boomed over the past decade, Howard had nothing to do with it (although he tried to make us believe our success was because of him).

Anyway, everything will be good now because...
